We use Nitro Alloy Steel material like 34CrAlNi7, 41CrAlMo7 etc. duly toughed, tempered & gas nitrided.


We have WMW make Deep Hole Drilling / Boring M/C to manufacture the barrels up to Dia 250 x 5 meters long. Our Machine capacity is 100 KW, which is capable to drill up to Dia 100 mm directly. We have honing machine for honing operation up to Dia 250 mm & 5000 mm long. Bimetallic sleeving can be providing as per clients requirement.
